I sustained an injury in the back in the month of August,2003,resulting in a slip disc in the lumbar regin.I had unbearable pain radiating to my left-- extrimity.I consulted an orthopaedic surgeon and subsequently underwent surgery but instead of any relief my pain aggravated to the extent that Iwas consuming around 15 tablets of a strong pain killar in a day and yet there was no relief and I was unable to sleep.
I tried Acupuncture and Acupressure from some other practitioners and the pain remained the same .I gave up hope of cure as the operating doctor also was unable to tell me why the pain had aggravated.I was passing through very painful days and nights.
But fortunately I was reffered to Dr.Ved Prakash Banga for Acupuncture treatment and just after five days of treatment I was able to sleep for the first time after the surgery,and after nearly 38 sittings spread over two months I was fully cured.Now I am doing my daily house hold work and not consuming any pain killar . I am thankful to this system of treatment.
